Lead hotel facilities maintenance at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary, supervising systems, equipment, staff, and property operations. This hands-on position includes night and weekend shifts.

The Facilities Supervisor oversees maintenance personnel and the Hotel and Event Centre. Responsibilities cover heating, cooling, electrical systems, air quality, domestic water distribution, and snow removal. You will coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, records, staffing, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise maintenance personnel and provide operational direction
- Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, work orders, and records
- Manage fire sprinkler and alarm system inspections
- Conduct facility inspections and identify risks and hazards




- Supervise snow removal and sanding operations

Requirements:

- Post-secondary building operations or power engineering education
- Three to four years of progressively responsible trade operations experience
- Five or more years of related trade experience may be considered
- Valid Class 5 licence and site driving permit requirements
- Availability for shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call work
