Human Resources Business Partner supporting Edmonton and Calgary 3PL sites through labour relations, disability management, and frontline recruitment. This hands-on, site-based position requires travel between locations.

Serve as the trusted HR advisor for warehouse, distribution, transportation, and office teams. The Human Resources Business Partner coaches supervisors, resolves employee issues, supports unionized and non-union groups, and maintains compliance. Responsibilities include WCB claims, return-to-work planning, investigations, collective agreements, and HR metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise operations leaders and supervisors across Edmonton and Calgary sites
- Lead grievances, investigations, discipline, and collective agreement applications
- Manage WCB, disability, accommodation, and return-to-work cases
- Oversee high-volume recruitment,



onboarding, and agency partnerships
- Track HR metrics and recommend actions for site priorities

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Labour Relations, or related field
- Five or more years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience
- Three or more years in unionized environments, including grievance handling
- Experience with WCB claims, disability cases, and return-to-work programs
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s license and monthly Calgary travel ability
