The Ottawa Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for its Smoking Cessation Program. You will apply cardiovascular nursing experience, health education, risk reduction, and behaviour change strategies. The position requires knowledge of smoking cessation literature, robust communication, and collaboration within multidisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing support within the Smoking Cessation Program
- Apply counselling and behaviour change strategies
- Deliver health education and risk reduction support




- Work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Coordinate programs and services when applicable

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Three years of recent cardiovascular nursing experience
- Recent community, health, or outpatient experience
- Knowledge of smoking cessation literature
- Advanced oral English and French proficiency
