About the Role

ILT Group is looking for motivated Seasonal Sales Associates to support our Calzedonia and Intimissimi boutiques on a temporary, fixed-term basis.

This is an excellent prospect for individuals who are enthusiastic about fashion, customer service, and active selling, and who are available for a seasonal assignment of approximately 2–4 months.

As a Sales Associate, you will be more than a cashier: you will be a brand ambassador, helping customers discover products that match their needs and preferences. Through hands-on training, you will learn our sales approach and contribute to delivering a personalized, high-quality shopping experience in line with each brand's identity and standards.

We are looking for proactive, customer-focused individuals who are eager to learn, contribute to store performance, and support the team throughout the seasonal assignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Active Sales Engagement: Proactively approach customers, understand their needs, and guide them through a personalized shopping experience.
- Consultative Customer Service: Provide product advice on styles, fit, fabrics, and collections, helping customers find the right products for their needs.
- Brand Standards: Apply the relevant sales approach and service standards to deliver a consistent experience aligned with Calzedonia or Intimissimi.
- Visual & Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized, welcoming boutique and support visual merchandising, replenishment, and stock management.
- Sales Performance: Contribute to individual and store sales targets through customer engagement, product recommendations, and cross-selling.
- Team Collaboration: Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive, professional store environment.

Previous retail or sales experience is an asset, but motivation, a willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset are equally valued.

Employment Type: Temporary, fixed-term seasonal employment.

Pay: $17.95-$23.00 per hour
