Role: Senior Cyber Security SOC Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)

Duration: 6-12 months of contract with possible extension

- Threat Intelligence
- Vulnerability Management
- Security Automation / SOAR
- Cloud Security
- Incident Response & Threat Hunting
- Security Monitoring and Log Analysis
- Risk Assessment and Remediation Management
- Relevant Cybersecurity Certifications preferred
- Robust communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents and alerts.
- Manage incident response activities and security operations.
- Analyze logs, SIEM alerts, and threat intelligence feeds.




- Produce threat intelligence and security risk reports.
- Conduct security risk assessments and maintain risk registers.
- Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
- Implement and manage security controls across the environment.
- Coordinate audit findings and control deficiency remediation.
- Act as a security advisor for cybersecurity risks and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall security posture.

Preferred Background:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Experience with enterprise security tools and infrastructure environments.
