Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday (Swing Shift)

Vaughan Mills is one of Canada's premier retail and shopping destinations. As a high-traffic commercial hub, this site requires a dynamic and customer-focused security presence to ensure a secure, welcoming environment for thousands of visitors, staff, and retail tenants every day.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supervise, support, and guide security team members during assigned shifts.
- Assist with training and onboarding new security guards.
- Conduct regular site patrols and oversee daily security operations.
- Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control equipment.
- Respond promptly to operational incidents, medical emergencies, and customer concerns.
- Liaise professionally with client representatives, retail tenants, visitors, and emergency services.
- Review, write, and submit clear and accurate reports on time.
- Ensure all duty assignments follow site policies and standard operating procedures.

Must Haves

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid & CPR Level C Certification
- Valid Class G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- Minimum of 2 years of security experience
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Nice-to-Haves

- Previous supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Background in high-volume customer service or retail security environments
