Education

· Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent related experience

· 2-3 years Data entry experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervising and maintaining client and caregiver schedules.

· Manage and overseeing time off requests, sick time and shift adjustments

· Answer emails, calls and other daily communication in a timely manner

· Attend community events as assigned

· Ability to handle the confidential aspect of the position with discretion and professionalism

· Ability to organize workload

· Paid on call rotation after hours.

Skills and Abilities:

· Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and use of computer

· Experience in healthcare would be an asset.

· Proper telephone,



email and letter etiquette

· Ability to work effectively and follow through on tasks to completion in a busy work environment with many distractions- organizational and multitasking skills are a must

· High attention to detail

· Ability to foster solid relationships with both Clients and Caregivers

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9:30-5:30 pm

Paid on call rotation

Compensation:

Monthly Bonus Incentives after three months

Benefits

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
