We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support healthcare system implementations, clinical workflow improvements, change management, and the adoption of information systems within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with clinical stakeholders, documenting business requirements, mapping business processes, identifying capability gaps, coordinating implementations, developing communication and promotional materials, and delivering training to clinical resources. Candidates must meet all mandatory certification requirements and demonstrate the specified years of relevant healthcare experience, including hand-on experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a clinical environment.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in an analyst role working directly with clinical stakeholders to implement workflow changes or new systems in a healthcare setting.
- Experience must include documenting customer requirements, mapping business processes, and identifying capability gaps.
- The response must include at least 3 examples, including the duration of each project or work assignment, demonstrating a combined total of at least 10 years of experience.
- Change Management Experience in Healthcare
- Minimum 7 years of experience performing or supporting change management activities in a healthcare environment.
- Activities performed in these roles must include stakeholder analysis and site readiness assessments.

- Project Management and Team Leadership Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management or project team lead role.
