They are looking to add an experienced Senior Accountant to their team - a dedicated accounting professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to contribute across a range of accounting and client needs. This permanent, full-time, in-office opportunity offers the chance to take on greater responsibility, build specialized experience within the film and television industry, and work with additional clients in this sector. Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of clients Complete monthly bank, credit card and general ledger reconciliations Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and payments Support month-end and year-end accounting and reporting processes Assist with corporate tax preparation and related requirements Review financial information, identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues Communicate directly with clients regarding accounting, tax and financial reporting requirements Support additional accounting, tax and client projects as the business continues to grow Minimum three years' experience in public practice accounting CPA designation or progress toward the designation is considered an asset; however,



candidates with equivalent experience and technical accounting expertise will be considered equally Strong full-cycle accounting experience, ideally within public practice or a multi-client environment Film, television or media industry experience is considered a solid asset Comfortable working with accounting software and technology Accountant Staffing is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
