Process 3-D point clouds and create accurate models as a 3-D Data Analyst and Draftsperson supporting survey operations. Work with AutoCAD and survey data.

This position supports CFM’s technical services through 3-D modeling, renderings, drafting, and survey assistance. You will review drawings and specifications, modify existing drawings, and help review shop packages before release. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3-D modeling experience are required. Familiarity with Lumion, Pix4D, and/or Revit is an asset. A Civil or Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma supports this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process 3-D point cloud data for modeling and analysis
- Create 3-D models and renderings from survey data




- Review customer drawings and specifications for accuracy
- Modify existing drawings and complete standard drafting tasks
- Support field survey teams with drafting expertise

Requirements:

- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with 3-D modeling
- Familiarity with Lumion, Pix4D, and/or Revit
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities collaboratively
