This Team Leader manages an assigned Auto claims team and supports effective handling of claims. The work combines supervision, technical guidance, quality assurance, and productivity leadership. You will also manage budgets, support hiring, and develop staff through training and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Auto Claims Representatives and provide technical direction
- Deliver training, instructions, and direct performance leadership
- Audit claims files and provide effective feedback
- Coach staff using reports, options, and action plans




- Manage team expenses and annual operating budgets

Requirements:

- Three to five years of direct Auto claims experience
- One to two years of supervisory experience
- University degree, relevant college diploma, or CIP designation
- Organizational, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused communication
