The role reports to the VP, BPMO and partners with business, technology, finance and risk to deliver outcomes and adoption. You will build a high-performing team, implement enterprise BA standards, and drive governance, traceability, and value realization across initiatives — guiding requirements, testing, and Day 2 operations.
