Track KPIs and OKRs, analyze acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and churn, and translate findings into recommendations. Build business cases and forecasting models with leadership, finance, and data teams.

Key Responsibilities: Develop executive-ready reporting and dashboards

Track business KPIs, SaaS metrics, and OKRs

Lead operational reviews with leadership

Identify opportunities through cohort analysis and segmentation

Support budgeting, roadmap, and quarterly planning decisions

Requirements: Five or more years in operations, finance, strategy, or consulting

Expertise in financial modeling and SaaS metrics

Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools

Experience using SQL, Python, or R
