This Operations Supervisor oversees shipping, receiving, dispatching, inventory management, and package processing. The position also manages Health and Safety protocols, reporting, driver check-ins, and daily task assignments. Its purpose is to support accurate, reliable last-mile delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
Enforce protected working methods and conduct warehouse checks
Generate route plans and confirm driver bookings
Monitor productivity, tasks, and compliance with SOPs
Prepare daily reports, timesheets, and operational records
Requirements: Ability to supervise warehouse traffic and vehicle movements
Ability to support sorting, scanning, and package processing
Ability to coach drivers and warehouse staff
Ability to address complaints, damages, and lost packages
Ability to complete data entry and accurate documentation
