As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support frontline branch service through financial transactions, customer needs assessment, and banking solutions. You will respond to concerns, promote appropriate products, and complete business processes accurately. The position also requires discretion with confidential matters and calm communication with different people.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities




Promote banking solutions and complete processes accurately
Advise customers clearly on banking services
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Robust administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented initiative across changing priorities
