Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Health Care Aide for the F6 Fort Garry Team. Under supervision, you will assist clients with personal care and provide basic supportive care. The position requires client care experience, communication, organization, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care needs
Provide basic supportive care as directed
Organize and prioritize assigned workload
Respond to simultaneous client and team demands
Lift, transfer, and transport clients and equipment
Requirements: Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
Minimum Grade 10 education meeting Manitoba standards
Previous client care experience required
Community or geriatric experience preferred
Knowledge of PHIA, WHMIS, and routine practices
Bring client care experience, personal care abilities, communication, and teamwork to the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.
