This Staff Respiratory Therapist position serves Respiratory Services at St. Boniface Hospital. The 0.70 FTE clinical position requires an accredited entry-to-practice respiratory therapy credential and MARRT registration. You will complete Pulmonary Functions training and apply qualified judgment, communication, and cooperative practice across disciplines. Recent related clinical experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Complete the in-house Pulmonary Functions training program
Apply respiratory therapy knowledge in clinical patient care




Perform manual ventilation for prolonged periods
Run to emergencies when required
Assist with positioning clients and moving equipment
Requirements: Entry-to-practice respiratory therapy credential from an accredited Canadian program
Current registration with MARRT
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cooperatively with other disciplines
Current CPR training meeting employer policy
Bring respiratory therapy credentials, pulmonary functions training, and clinical judgment to St. Boniface Hospital’s Winnipeg services.
