Lead retail operations at Work Authority’s Brampton location using customer service, sales coaching, and point-of-sale expertise. This is a full time opportunity.
As Team Lead, you will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, sales targets, policy compliance, and team development. Work Authority serves customers through safety footwear and work apparel stores across Canada. The position requires retail leadership, communication, inventory, and scheduling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver customer-centric service to internal and external customers
Process sales, returns, and exchanges through the POS system
Coach team members toward sales targets
Assist with inventory receiving, management, and cycle counts
Perform store management responsibilities when needed
Requirements: Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably supervisory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and weekdays
