The Team Lead assists the Store Manager with daily operations, sales targets, policy compliance, and team development. You will deliver service excellence, coach associates, and maintain inventory and visual standards. This role also supports cash procedures, scheduling, and store coverage.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
Coach team members toward sales targets
Process sales, returns, and exchanges through POS systems
Support receiving, inventory management, and cycle counts
Perform management responsibilities during Store Manager absences
Requirements: Minimum two years of retail experience preferred
Supervisory-level retail experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
Availability for evenings, weekends, and weekdays
