This Junior Property Manager supports single-family rental properties and communicates with tenants, owners, contractors, and prospective renters. The hands-on work combines office administration, leasing, property inspections, and maintenance coordination. You will manage multiple priorities while supporting senior Property Managers with complex matters.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily management of single-family rental properties
Respond professionally to tenant and owner inquiries
Conduct inspections and prepare reports with photos
Coordinate contractors, access, repairs,



and property services
Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and property records
Requirements: Property management, rental, real estate, administration, or customer service experience
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple properties, appointments, and deadlines
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
