You will manage inbound communications, support medication-related needs, and provide first-point contact for patients and healthcare professionals. The work requires organization, customer service, and careful follow-up.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate and respond to inbound pharmacy communications
Handle prescription transfers, refills, payments, and shipment tracking
Follow up with pharmacy providers and prescribers
Create and maintain patient medication profiles
Escalate complex situations when necessary
Requirements: Two years of relatable experience, preferably in pharmacy
Proficiency with Kroll software
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
Solid written, verbal, and oral communication skills
Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
