As a Plastics Operator, you will run Kiefel, SAPA, Grinder, and Blender equipment in the Kiefel department. You will make minor adjustments, complete quality inspections, and document product release activities. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 to 23:00 EST.

Perform quality inspections and complete GDP documentation
Troubleshoot equipment and make minor production adjustments
Enter shop floor data and order raw materials
Transport materials and finished products using lift devices
Requirements: High school diploma or GED
Mechanical troubleshooting experience
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Flexibility to work overtime as required
Apply mechanical troubleshooting, equipment operation, and quality documentation skills while producing Baxter products during weekend shifts.
