We are seeking a passionate Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our team, playing a pivotal role in delivering seamless and memorable events that delight our clients and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate strong client relationships by being a visible and accessible point of contact, proactively addressing their needs.

Seamlessly manage event logistics from inquiry to execution, including site inspections, accommodation, food & beverage coordination, and timely communication.

Oversee and finalize contractual agreements for meeting spaces, catering, and special events, ensuring clarity and compliance.

Facilitate effective communication across all resort departments, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of client expectations.

Provide essential administrative and professional support, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.

Enhance the resort's reputation by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive guest experiences.





Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hotel/resort event and wedding coordination.

Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and proactive planning capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., Tourism, Hospitality diploma) or equivalent professional experience.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends to be present for events and client meetings.

Reliable commute to/from Alliston, ON, or willingness to relocate.

Preferred: Valid Driving Licence.
