Reporting to the Culinary Manager, you will prepare and deliver food for residents, guests, and employees. The work includes reviewing menus, following standardized recipes, and meeting meal service schedules. You will also support dietary compliance, safety, and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve meals attractively for residents, guests, and employees
Review menus and production sheets before meal preparation
Prepare therapeutic and specialty diets according to planned menus
Complete temperature audits for refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms
Follow recipes, production charts, budgets, and service schedules
Requirements: Food Handler's Certificate
Experience preparing large quantities of food
Knowledge of special and therapeutic diets
Ability to lift and transfer heavy, hot items
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
