This Superintendent oversees daily operations and serves as residents’ primary contact. You will support leasing, coordinate repairs and inspections, and perform light plumbing, electrical, and janitorial maintenance. The work also includes contractor liaison, work orders, safety protocols, and seasonal maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Address resident inquiries, concerns, and emergencies professionally
Show suites, process applications, and coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and contractor activities
Perform light plumbing, electrical,



and janitorial maintenance
Conduct routine inspections and support snow removal and gardening
Requirements: Diploma or equivalent qualification
Two to five years in building maintenance or property management
Knowledge of resident rights, building codes, and environmental regulations
Familiarity with fire safety plans and emergency procedures
Solid communication, organization, and attention to detail
