Key Responsibilities: Greet service department customers promptly and courteously
Listen to customers and articulate repair needs to technicians
Schedule appointments and coordinate customer-service technician communication




Provide repair and maintenance cost estimates
Follow up on repairs and explain completed work
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency degree required
