Lead financial reporting and month-end close at Science & Humans in a hybrid, in-office-collaborative workplace across Canadian entities.
As Accounting Manager, you will oversee accounting operations for Science & Humans, a hormone health and longevity platform. The work spans Canadian GAAP, intercompany accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial systems. You will partner with finance and business leadership in a multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare Canadian GAAP financial statements
Review journal entries and reconciliations
Analyze results and explain management variances
Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of Canadian GAAP
Experience with multiple legal entities and month-end close
Strong Excel and accounting systems skills
