This full time Human Resources Business Partner position supports ACX, a national collision repair organization. Partner with operational leaders on employee relations, organizational design, talent management, and leadership development. Use business acumen and HR insights to strengthen people practices across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with site leaders on workforce planning and people strategy
Monitor headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and overtime costs
Coach leaders on employee relations and performance management
Support succession planning, talent assessments,



and internal promotions
Track HR KPIs and provide actionable business insights
Requirements: Experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable HR role
Strong business acumen partnering with operational leaders
Knowledge of employee relations and workforce planning
Ability to use HR metrics to influence decisions
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Bring workforce planning, HR metrics, and leadership coaching expertise to ACX’s multi-site collision repair operations across Canada.
