Reporting to the Store Manager, this Sales Associate provides exceptional service and develops customers for life. The position requires apparel retail experience, customer relationship development, cash handling, merchandise presentation, and sound judgment. You will support store standards while promoting Roots values of authenticity, quality, and community.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain customer loyalty through service
Resolve customer issues positively at store level
Process POS transactions and complete merchandising tasks
Receive shipments,



replenish merchandise, and complete markdowns
Maintain visual displays, housekeeping, and store standards
Requirements: Retail experience, preferably in apparel
Ability to develop customer relationships
Understanding of cash handling and retail operations
Excellent presentation skills in retail environments
Self-starter who uses positive judgment
Represent Roots through exceptional customer service, apparel presentation, POS transactions, and relationship-building that develops customers for life.
