As a Member Service Centre Representative, you will support members through phone-based transactions and service. You will proactively confirm needs are met, refer members to appropriate staff, and complete assigned sales, service, and operational accountabilities. FirstOntario welcomes diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt transactional sales and service over the phone
Deliver efficient and courteous assistance to members
Proactively ensure members' needs have been met
Refer members to other staff when appropriate
Perform assigned sales, service, and operational accountabilities
Requirements: Grade 12 education or equivalent qualification
Three years of office experience
Three years of credit union or bank cash experience
Interest in serving diverse member backgrounds
Ability to support an inclusive environment
Bring phone-based member service, transactional sales, and operational experience to FirstOntario's hybrid service centre.
