Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through delivery as a Senior Project Manager based in Toronto, with regular travel to London, Ontario.

This senior position supports an established Commercial Buildings GC/CM serving Ontario clients. You will manage ICI and hospitality builds using estimating, project planning, scheduling, and construction coordination expertise.

Key Responsibilities: Lead pre-construction scope, schedules, and delivery planning

Prepare and review construction estimates

Manage project plans, priorities, and milestones

Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers

Monitor deliverables, documentation, costs, and schedules

Requirements: Commercial building project management experience

ICI general contractor or construction management experience

Strong pre-construction planning and scheduling knowledge

Construction estimating preparation and review experience
