Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud RMCS modules.

- Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

- Experience in solution design, architecture, and project leadership.

- Candidate needs to have prior experience in leading of the following areas – Fusion Finance , RMCS

- Experience in at least 2 full-fledged implementations of Oracle cloud application

- Experience in Requirements gathering and come up with solution design.

- Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.

- Configure RMCS modules including: Customer Contracts/Performance Obligations/

- Revenue Allocation/Revenue Recognition/Contract Modifications/Revenue Reporting.

- Design revenue recognition rules and accounting treatments based on business requirements.





- Integrate RMCS with Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Subscription Management, Projects, CPQ, and third-party systems.

- Prepare functional design documents, solution design documents, and configuration workbooks.

- Support data conversion, reconciliation, and migration activities.

- Conduct UAT sessions and provide user training.

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, reports, and OTBI requirements.

- Provide post-production support and troubleshoot revenue accounting issues.

- Ensure compliance with ASC 606, IFRS 15, and organizational accounting policies.

- Participate in client workshops, solution demonstrations, and business process design sessions.

- Experience managing team size of 5+ resources.

- Work collaboratively with offshore team to build solutions and execute business scenarios.

- Engage with different stakeholders to drive various outcomes, ability to understand the core functional requirements and deliver the outcome in a way that scales across all businesses.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery setting
