Uline seeks a Bilingual Collections Analyst to support timely payments and customer relationships across its North American company. You will manage accounts, resolve past-due balances, maintain records, and collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned customer accounts through phone and email
Identify root causes behind past-due balances
Partner with customers on payment solutions
Document collection activity and customer interactions accurately
Collaborate across teams to reduce aging and bad debt
Requirements: Fluent written and verbal English and French
High school diploma or equivalent
Collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Robust customer-focused communication and solution-oriented thinking
