Under the Maintenance Director, the Building Maintenance Attendant performs repairs, maintenance, and cleaning duties. The work includes plastering, minor electrical tasks, sealants, and caulking. It helps keep the building at 666 Sherbrooke Street West in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities: Perform plastering and minor wall repairs as needed
Complete painting and touch-up work when required
Install light fixtures and replace electrical outlets
Replace smoke detectors and maintain exterior surfaces
Apply sealants and caulking where necessary
Requirements: Minimum one year building maintenance experience preferred
Bilingual French and English communication required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Positive physical condition for demanding tasks
