Operate hydrovac equipment with precision while supporting protected excavation, utility locating, and infrastructure construction for Badger Infrastructure Solutions.
As a Hydrovac Operator, you will use high-pressure water and vacuum systems in diverse environments, including confined spaces. You will operate equipment, drive hydrovac trucks, inspect machinery, and prepare safe work areas. The position supports construction projects and requires accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Operate hydrovac equipment in varied working environments
Use high-pressure water and vacuum systems for excavation
Drive hydrovac trucks for assigned work
Inspect equipment and perform minor repairs
Set up safety measures and address potential hazards
Requirements: Valid 1, 3, or DZ license with airbrake endorsement
First aid, Ground Disturbance, and CSTS preferred
Manual transmission experience preferred without automatic restrictions
Ability to work variable shifts and extended hours
Ability to travel up to 25 percent
