Please note this is a permanent, full time position,not a subcontractor or independent contractor opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Residents

Ensure daily communication with your Leader and team members

Prepare surfaces for painting by mudding, sanding, patching etc.

Painting suites as scheduled

Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment

Ceiling stipple repair and replacement

Work in compliance with Health and Safety regulations

Complete other tasks as assigned

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Minimum 2 years painting experience required

Sprayer application experience required

Technical Requirements:

Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written

Complete all required administrative tasks using a mobile phone / tablet

Non-Technical Requirements:

Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting

Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature

Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
