This short-term Area Team Lead contract oversees several Kettle sites in malls, grocery stores, and retail outlets. You will supervise volunteers, support location operations, answer donor questions, and help the Christmas Kettle Campaign contribute to robust communities. Evening shifts are involved, with 40 hours weekly through December 24, 2025.
Key Responsibilities: Support Kettle delivery before volunteers arrive at locations
Supervise, support, and assign Kettle Volunteers during campaigns
Secure donations after shifts and deliver them appropriately




Communicate daily issues and supply deficiencies to coordinators
Submit accurate weekly timesheets and mileage reports
Requirements: Minimum one year related or customer service experience
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Satisfactory Background Check and Driver's Abstract required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
