As an Interpretation Officer, Guide Supervisor, you will oversee daily tour operations and support a high-quality, inclusive visitor experience. You will coach staff, coordinate schedules, respond to inquiries, and deliver parliamentary programs. The position serves diverse audiences in client-facing settings.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, mentor, and support Parliamentary Guides daily
Coordinate tour schedules across four locations
Support recruitment and deliver guide training
Manage visitor inquiries and reservation requests




Deliver guided tours and interpretive programs
Requirements: Post-secondary education related to position duties
Experience supervising, training, mentoring, and providing feedback
Client-facing heritage, tourism, or hospitality experience preferred
Experience managing competing time-sensitive priorities
Knowledge of Canadian Parliament and heritage interpretation
