This Dietary Worker provides patient support and connects meal-service questions with appropriate departments. You will answer calls, record orders, and direct nutritional inquiries when needed. The position requires customer service, therapeutic diet knowledge, and coordination with doctors, nurses, and Food & Nutrition.
Key Responsibilities: Answer patient calls about meals and nutritional needs
Take menu orders and record them using software
Direct unanswered patient questions appropriately
Coordinate accurate nutrition with doctors and nurses
Protect privacy,



dignity, safety, and confidentiality
Requirements: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Food service or dietary clerk experience preferred
Fluent English communication; bilingual skills are a plus
Comfort using web software, keyboards, and telephone headsets
Ability to stay calm, flexible, and adaptable
Bring patient service, software, and therapeutic diet knowledge to Aramark’s Dietary Worker team supporting accurate meal orders.
