Operate Roll-Off and rear-load trucks for Miller Waste Systems in Markham, with Monday-to-Friday routes starting at 4:00am. Support commercial, industrial, and residential collections.
This permanent full-time Swing DZ Driver reports to the District Manager. The position serves customers, completes scheduled pickups, and follows Miller Waste Systems protocols. Drivers may cover vacations, absences, and extra route support, with changing start and end times.
Key Responsibilities: Operate Roll-Off, Commercial Rear Load, and Residential Rear Load trucks
Service customers according to contractual requirements and schedules
Push and pull containers safely through enclosures and rooms
Assist with residential collections during designated periods




Complete routes efficiently while meeting productivity expectations
Requirements: Valid DZ Driver’s Licence
Clean driver’s abstract with no preventable accidents in the past year
Excellent knowledge of the Markham area
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Adaptable availability for varying times, holidays, and weekends
Bring safe truck operation, route flexibility, and customer service skills to Miller Waste Systems’ Markham collection operations.
