We are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the planning, promotion, and execution of events that advance BioTalent Canada's visibility, partnerships, and impact across Canada's bioeconomy. The successful candidate will coordinate end-to-end event logistics, contribute to marketing campaigns, support speaking and thought leadership opportunities, and help ensure every event delivers a meaningful and measurable experience.

This is a dynamic, highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys bringing projects to life, managing multiple priorities, and creating engaging experiences that support organizational goals. Working closely with colleagues across the organization, the Marketing & Events Coordinator will help connect events, marketing initiatives, and partner relationships to strengthen BioTalent Canada's presence and influence in the sector.
