As a Retail Supervisor, you will help the Store achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. The position requires short- and long-term planning, expense control, merchandise handling, and clear communication. You will support PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards while maintaining operational compliance.

Control payroll for a highly profitable location
Process incoming and outgoing merchandise
Maintain safe, healthy, compliant shopping environments
Requirements: One to two years in customer-focused retail
Ability to reason through complex issues
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Basic MS Office and retail software knowledge
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 30 pounds
Use retail leadership, communication, and planning skills to support PUMA customer experience, profitability, and merchandise operations.
