State Street Alternatives seeks a Registration Services Senior Associate supporting alternative investment fund managers. The position covers trade document management, client inquiries, operational escalations, and team activities. You will contribute to onboarding, conversions, reporting, and continuous improvement while supporting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Manage fund of funds trade document processes
Review trade packages and resolve related queries
Coordinate resources and support team member management
Lead onboarding, conversions, and client change activities




Produce functional team KPIs and review results
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Three to five years of related experience
Experience in transfer agency, fund of funds, or fund accounting
Knowledge of hedge fund products and fund of hedge funds
Understanding of transfer agency, custody, and regulatory backgrounds
Bring fund accounting, trading documentation, audit support, and client service expertise to State Street Alternatives Registration Services.
