Key Responsibilities: Lead quality assurance activities across IT development projects
Execute application tests according to test plans
Document test results, defects, and application changes
Define testing strategies, scope, procedures, and required data
Coach SQA team members on standards and procedures
Requirements: Two-year diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
Seven years of IT experience, including five years business analysis
Ability to query relational databases using SQL
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to lead teams and prioritize tight deadlines
