Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. seeks an experienced Group Leader for its recreational vehicle manufacturing operation. This position manages, leads, and motivates employees while resolving issues and meeting quality targets. The Group Leader works with the Plant Superintendent’s direction and supports department goals, efficiency, and safe work areas.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily tasks and ensure adherence to quality standards
Train employees and provide expert operational advice
Verify unit quality before movement to the next station
Communicate product, policy, and process changes
Maintain scrap and other required daily reports
Requirements: Three years of Group Leader experience noted on resume
Extensive RV product knowledge across manufacturing areas
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and strategic-thinking abilities
Knowledge of RVIA Codes is a plus
