This Canadian Partner Consultant manages relationships between groups, projects, and Hungry For Life’s international operations. The work includes donor-group consultation, short-term team preparation, project coordination, and ongoing communication. You will help groups define international involvement while supporting multi-year project plans.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of donor groups suited to available time
Initiate relationships with groups interested in international compassion
Present international involvement options with Project Managers




Prepare teams for short-term project-location assignments
Lead team meetings and follow-up conversations with group leadership
Requirements: Minimum one year post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Experience with international travel and cultural interaction
Administrative leadership experience
Exceptional people leadership and communication skills
Competency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint
Use relationship building, team leadership, and communication skills to connect Canadian donor groups with international mission projects.
