Analyze processes, systems, and technical requirements as a Lean and Agile Analyst at Sun Life in a hybrid student program. Support better client outcomes through practical recommendations and continuous improvement.
As part of Sun Life’s Agile Excellence and Enablement team, you will collaborate with business partners across Digital Business and Technology Solutions. You will document processes, analyze data, and support technical solutions that improve client experience, productivity, and costs. The work includes facilitation, metrics, and process design.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requests involving processes, systems, and technical requirements
Create process documentation and maps using Visio, Miro, and Confluence
Identify and analyze requirements supporting process improvement initiatives




Facilitate meetings, monitor metrics, and track work in Jira
Support meaningful analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements: Sound problem-solving skills and an independent, proactive approach
Comfort with data analysis and related data activities
Experience in process mapping and process documentation
Facilitation and robust communication skills
Excellent organization, flexibility, and time management skills
Apply analytical, facilitation, and process improvement skills while supporting Sun Life’s Lean and Agile delivery teams.
