Key Responsibilities: Conduct two, twelve, and eighteen-month home warranty inspections
Inspect concerns and determine appropriate warranty solutions
Communicate expectations with homeowners, trades, and internal teams
Manage complex repairs and verify trade workmanship
Document inspections and report service metrics accurately
Requirements: Five years residential construction or renovation experience
Progressive customer service experience
Proficient computer skills
