As an Analyst in Fitch Ratings’ Structured Credit group, you will assess recent and existing Collateralized Loan Obligations. The work includes transaction analysis, model review, credit-risk assessment, and rating research. You will collaborate with senior team members and participate in consensus-driven credit decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze new and existing CLO ratings using proprietary models
Support transaction analysis and model review
Review documents to assess transaction credit risks
Present rating conclusions to credit committees
Draft rating commentaries and research publications
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field
At least one year of financial-sector experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
