Apply cognitive behavioural therapy expertise as a Registered Psychotherapist with Altum Health in Toronto and Scarborough. Work weekdays in a permanent full time schedule.
This Registered Psychotherapist works independently and within Altum Health’s interdisciplinary team. The position supports clients affected by workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and other third party funded services. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, structured psychotherapy, treatment planning, progress monitoring, education, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Perform psychosocial assessments for clients requiring psychological support
Provide individual and group psychotherapy services
Implement evidence-based treatment plans promoting daily activities
Monitor progress and modify treatment plans appropriately




Prepare educational sessions using cognitive behavioural models
Requirements: Master’s degree preferred, or bachelor’s degree with related experience
Good-standing membership in an appropriate regulated health profession college
Additional cognitive behavioural therapy training and related experience preferred
Experience providing structured psychotherapy for varied mental health conditions
Strong documentation, computer literacy, and interdisciplinary communication skills
Use assessment, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and collaboration skills supporting recovery through Altum Health’s Toronto and Scarborough services.
